The LCCA and Lionel have teamed up to create another very unique limited production and collectible car to commemorate our 2023 Convention in Concord, North Carolina, right in the heart of NASCAR country!  This car is based on Lionel's classic aquarium car design and features a moving race car scene inside lighted from above as the crowd cheers them on.  There is a Lionel Racing race car in the window.
